1. How to Join the Beta​

Requirements​

  • macOS 14.0 (Sonoma) or later
  • Apple ID (required for TestFlight)

Join Now​

  1. Click the TestFlight link
  2. Install TestFlight app if you haven't already
  3. Accept the invitation and install Chimr

2. Important Notice​

⚠️ Beta Software: This is pre-release software that may

  • Experience unstable operation or crashes
  • Lose settings or data between updates
  • Have incomplete or limited features
  • Receive frequent updates

3. Privacy & Data Handling​

Chimr itself collects no data and operates completely offline.

  • All data stays on your device
  • No telemetry or analytics
  • Debug logs are local only
  • You control what information you share when reporting issues

⚠️ Third-party platforms (TestFlight, feedback forms) may collect data according to their own policies.

4. Terms of Use​

What You Can Do​

✅ Use for personal and work purposes
✅ Provide feedback and suggestions
✅ Participate in community discussions

What You Cannot Do​

❌ Redistribute to third parties
❌ Use for malicious purposes

Your Responsibilities​

  • Back up important data
  • Use at your own risk
  • Not use for critical tasks where failure would cause significant harm

5. Feedback & Support​

Report issues through:

  • In-app feedback feature (Settings → Feedback)
  • Our support page

Please provide detailed information about:

  • Steps to reproduce issues
  • Feature requests or suggestions

This beta software is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. The developer is not liable for any damages arising from use of the beta software.

By joining the beta, you acknowledge

  • Understanding the experimental nature of the software
  • Using at your own risk
  • Agreement to provide constructive feedback

7. Program Changes​

The beta program may

  • End upon official release
  • Change terms with notice via TestFlight
  • Terminate at any time

You may leave the beta at any time by uninstalling the app.

These terms are governed by Japanese law, with the Tokyo District Court as the exclusive jurisdiction.
