Change Your Status

If calendar permits, you can change your status using these steps.

  1. Click on event in list
  2. View current attendance status
  3. Select new status from these options.
    • Accept
    • Decline
    • Maybe (Tentative)
  4. Changes sync immediately

Attendee Insights

Role Indicators

  • Required - Must attend
  • Optional - Attendance flexible
  • Organizer - Can modify event
  • Resource - Room or equipment

Smart Sorting

Attendees displayed by this priority order.

  1. Organizer first
  2. Required attendees
  3. Optional participants
  4. Resources last

Sorting and Grouping

Events organized by these criteria.

  1. Start time - Chronological order
  2. All-day first - If enabled
  3. Calendar priority - Important calendars first
  4. Conflict status - Warnings prominent

  • Current events - Bold and highlighted
  • Next event - Slightly emphasized
  • Future events - Normal weight
  • Past events - Dimmed/grayed
